It is highly recommended that you create an account with J&K Sales, Inc. when you are ready to check out. Having an account with us will allow you to view your past orders, track your order status, track your packages and return any items.
PAYMENT
Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted during the check out process. We can also accept American Express and Discover cards if your order is mailed, faxed or telephoned. To mail your order, print out the confirmation page during check out and mail it to the address below along with full payment. To call in your order, our toll-free telephone number is 1-866-272-0613. Money orders: All domestic (US) money orders accepted. International buyers wishing to purchase with a money order, should send an international money order only. Canadian postal money orders are not accepted and will be returned. All non-postal money orders must clear the bank before order is shipped. Money orders should be mailed to the address below along with a print out of the confirmation page from check out.
Checks: Personal, business and bank cashier's checks are accepted. All checks must contain account and routing numbers or they will be returned. All personal and business checks must clear the bank before order is shipped. Any returned checks for any reason will be returned and any subsequent fees will be paid by the buyer. Checks should be mailed to the address below along with a print out of the confirmation page from check out.

Fraud: Any type of fraudulent activity relating to the buying or selling of any products from or to J&K Sales, Inc. will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All applicable local, state, federal government and foreign authorities will be notified. As an added precaution against fraud, your IP address is monitored to insure that your identity and address are truly the same as you state during the check out process.
SHIPPING
Our shopping cart allows the buyer to choose between U.S. Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. The rates given by the shopping cart during check out are in real time, directly from the carrier. The prices are based upon weight of the packaged item. We do not add handling or packaging charges. If you desire another method, please contact us for a quote. Be sure to include your full street address, city, state, country, zip code and telephone number. Carriers other than the United States Postal Service will not accept P.O. Box addresses.
Note: United States Postal Service and FedEx Express orders submitted before 12:00 P.M. (noon) EST on Monday thru Friday will usually ship the same day. United States Postal Service and FedEx Express orders submitted after 12:00 P.M. (noon) EST on Monday thru Thursday will usually ship the next day. United States Postal Service and FedEx Express orders submitted after 12:00 P.M. (noon) EST on Friday will usually ship on Monday. United States Postal Service and FedEx Express orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will usually ship on Monday. UPS and FedEx Ground orders submitted Monday thru Thursday will usually ship the day after the order is submitted. UPS and FedEx Ground orders submitted on Friday will usually ship on Monday. UPS and FedEx Ground orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will usually ship on Tuesday. The preceeding shipping times also include overnight and next-day shipments. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible but we are at the mercy of the carrier's pickup schedules and must have time to schedule pickups. At times we can ship faster than stated above but use the above as a reference. If you have any concerns, please contact us before submitting your order.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Taxes, duties, custom's fees, VAT fees and any other costs are solely the responsibitity of the buyer. We prefer using U. S. Postal Service Global Express as this is the best method for the cost.
Custom forms will reflect the true and honest description of the item, that it is merchandise and the purchase price you paid. Please do not ask that we describe your purchase as a gift, lower the purchase value or in any way alter the true description of the item or transaction.
We will not accept orders from Indonesia or the Ukraine - no exceptions!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The rates and estimated delivery times given by the shopping cart during check out are in real time, directly from the carrier. The rates and estimated delivery times are not set by J&K Sales, Inc.. Understand that the delivery times are estimated and are at the mercy of international postal services and customs once the package leaves the United States. For example, The United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) usually states that the delivery time for Airmail Parcel Post is 4-10 days. In reality it takes 2-3 weeks for most countries and can take as long as two months. If you prefer to have your items shipped via the postal service, we highly recommend Global Express (EMS), which is insureable and fast. We also recommend Global Priority for its cost effectiveness and speed, but it is usually not insureable. You should always insure your shipments as there is always a chance that it may be lost in transit. Also, there is no real tracking of international packages through the postal service. Global Express is only trackable until it leaves the United States. If you must have tracking, use UPS, FedEx or Airborne Express/DHL.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The pricing and availability of all items we offer for sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Prices listed on this website are current and valid. For large purchases a volume discount may be granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject any order. On occasion our website pricing and eBay auction pricing may differ. This is due to several reasons such as fees charged by eBay, timing, etc. We will not match any price difference between our website and our eBay offerings.

We strive to give the customer a great deal on new and used computer equipment. The products available for purchase on our website are described as accurately as possible. PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All products are guaranteed to be non-DOA unless stated otherwise. If any item exhibits a functional problem within ten days of receipt, J&K Sales, Inc. will either repair the item, replace the item or issue a full purchase price refund (excluding shipping). In this case, please login to your J&K Sales, Inc. account, select your order and click on the return item link next to the product you wish to return. You must follow this procedure before attempting to repair or return the item. Any item that has been cosmetically or functionally altered by the buyer is exempt from this policy. This includes the altering of any hardware or software. All batteries are guaranteed to be non-DOA unless stated otherwise. The life or charge capacity of any battery will not be specified or guaranteed. This policy coverage also applies to new batteries.
RETURNS
If any product qualifies for return per the Product Guarantee section above, login to your J&K Sales, Inc. account, select your order and click on the return item link next to the product you wish to return. You must follow this procedure before attempting to repair or return the item. Any item returned without a defect, other than those originally described, is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
